Seven things I must do every day

There is so much  we do every day.I never keep an account of the work done by me every day nor do I plan what I will do that day. Every morning brings with it a  freshness which I love to share with my husband  and have a hot cup of tea.  This  early morning sparkle  maintains my vigour the whole day. This is the time that I am devoting today  to plan the seven things I must do every day:-
1. The first thing is already fixed. It has become an essential  ritual of my daily routine that I will continue to adhere to.My first cup of tea has to be poured by Hubby.
2.I must read the Newspaper. I take down notes  to plan a topic for my blog.
3.I must devote three hours in the morning and two hours in the evening on my computer. Going through the comments on my blogs and replying to each and every comment. Time is required to go through the posts of existing' on line' friends and also reading at least one blog to new acquaintance. At least one hour is needed to play games like Scrabble, Spider Solitaire and Beleaguered Aces.
4. I need time to read a book or a magazine.Without reading, the day seems to wasted.
5.Plan some thing interesting for the family dinner. For lunch only I and my husband  are at home.Dinner time the whole family is together. I must plan keeping in mind the  likes and dislikes  of everyone otherwise I have to face flak, of which I am wary of.
6. Spend some time watching TV News and a  couple of serials.I must watch Mahadev  and Balika Vadhu
7.Doing all these things I get tired, but there is no time to relax.I must have a nap for fifteen minutes and some physical exercise for half an hour. This the time for some soothing music, which is relaxing.
Besides all this my daily routine  also has to be taken care of. Sometimes I feel twenty four hours are not sufficient to complete all the work earmarked for the day.

This is day number 2 Write Tribe of  Festival of words and I am participating .

  3. Oh yes, the likes and dislikes of the family for dinner! A cup of tea and newspaper and planning the day with hubby pouring your first cup for you. What a lovely way to start a day!

  4. Thank you Jyothi.Planning what to make for Dinner is a tough job.My son and grand daughters want non-veg or paneer every day.My hubby hates these . he wants green vegetables.

  5. Yes at times 24 hours is too less a time to accomplish the things we'd like! But I think your first cuppa poured by your better half will definitely give you the energy for the day to get going! :)

  9. Oh wow - you sure do have a full day and a very interesting one too. I also enjoy the Mahadev series though I have to wait a day for them to load it up on their site. I enjoyed watching Ramayan on Zee TV - sad that finished.

    1. I too used to watch Ramayan. Sometimes I also watch Bajrang Bali. I can do all this because I have retired from active service.

  10. Gosh Usha, I was about to do the same kind of post for Day 3! It's interesting how similar our minds work and yet we are distinct from one another. Loved your routine. You must be a very meticulous person!

    Joy always,

    1. Thank you Shilpa. I know you are very organised. I can complete my daily plans because I never sleep during the day, just lie down or relax sitting on an easy chair.

  15. You sure got a busy schedule. And I agree with Shail, 24 hours is too less... but if God grants us more hours, we'll say even that's not enough! Humans! ;)
