Liebster Award

I have been nominated by madam Soumyaa Verma for the Liebster Award . This is my third Liebster Award,but still I am thrilled to be nominated. I believe that when friends read your  blog and appreciate it, by nominating you for an award, I must acknowledge it and accept it with great humility. Of late, I have seen some bloggers refusing the award. It is no doubt, ones personal opinion. I feel that as  a courtesy, we must accept it. Hence with great humility, I accept the award from Soumyaa.
If you have been nominated for The Liebster Award and you choose to accept it, write a blog post about the Liebster award in which you:

1. Thank the person who nominated you, and post a link to their blog on your blog.

2. Display the award on your blog — by including it in your post and/or displaying it using a “widget” or a “gadget”. (Note that the best way to do this is to save the image to your own computer and then upload it to your blog post.)

1 How tall are you?

I am 5.1”

2. What’s the biggest personal change you’ve ever made?

I got my hair cut after retirement.

3. What would your dream holiday be like ?

I would love to have a holiday with all my family members with me.

4.If you could be a farmer, what would be on your farm?

 I would love to have rows and rows of tulips.

5. Will you ever accept an offer to reality shows like Big Boss?

 No, NEVER.

6. Who’s your favourite literary character?

Mr. Darcy in  Pride and Prejudice.

7. What was the longest that you’ve gone without sleep and what was keeping you awake?

 The day of my marriage. Dinner went on till 1a.m. The ceremony was from 2.30 a.m. to

4.00 am. Departure to the in laws house at 4.30 a. m

8 What’s that one extraordinary person you know?

Naturally, my husband.

9. Are you a bad loser or a good loser?

I am not a loser.

10.What chore you absolutely hate doing?

Making rotis.

11. If ghosts can walk through walls and through human bodies, why don't they fall through the floor?

Never thought about it. Don’t believe in ghosts.

3. I love to cook for my family.

4. I try new recipes. 

5.Fond of making cakes and chocolates for my grand children.

6. My laptop is my ' jaan' .

7. I used to love reading but now due to poor eyesight cannot do so.

8. Knitting is my hobby.

9. I enjoy teaching to my  servants.

10.I  am a home bird. In old age I want to be in my corner with my lap top.
