A real incident.

This is a true story which I am narrating here. I was in college at that time.(names and places have been changed, but the incidents are true)

The three of them were inseparable.Whether in the college canteen, in the class or in the evening  in the lawns of India Gate, they were always together. Sushil was living in the college hostel. Preeti and Seema shared a room in a paying guest apartment. In her heart of heart Preeti was in love with Sushil, but this love was lying dormant under the several layers of her heart. She never uttered a word which gave any indication of  her love for Sushil.  One day Preeti  had mild fever and headache, so she did not go to college. She told Seema to lock the  door from out side so that she could sleep without any disturbance. 
      She took a tablet and  slept. She must have slept for about two hours.She got up with a start,when she heard the sound of the opening of the lock. She saw the time. It was 11.30 a.m.She thought that Seema must have come back early, to give her company.  The door opened and in walked  Sushil. Her heart beat became fast, she got up, but felt weak and sat down. After she had realised her love for Sushil, she had never met  him alone. Sushil came and sat by her side  and asked her,"Why are you trembling? Are'nt you feeling better? Shall I call a Doctor?" She interrupted him  and said that she was fine and there was no need of a doctor. All of a sudden, Sushil took her in his arms and said,"I love you Preeti. I love you soooo much."Kisses were raining on her face.''  She said as if in a whisper,'' I love you too.''Soon Preeti arrived and asked Seema how was she feeling. Before Preeti could reply , Sushil said, ''Your friend is a thief. She has stolen my  heart."Preeti congratulated her friend and said," I am very happy, that you have found your soul mate."
                                      After  some months they had their exams, so they became very busy.  On the last day of the exam, when Seema came out, she did not find Preeti . The college peon asked her whether she was looking for  her friend Preeti. She asked him whether he had seen her. He said he saw her vomiting, and she has been taken to the Hospital.  Seema rushed to the hospital.
She reached the ICU,where Preeti was admitted. The security staff tried to stop her, but she pushed them and went by the side of her friend. Preeti was half conscious. In broken words she told Seema that  Sushil was playing with the emotions of  both of them. She even told her that she was pregnant. Preeti's blood boiled on hearing all that. She straight went to Sushil's house and killed him with a knife lying on the table.  She was arrested. The court awarded her life imprisonment.  I do not know what happened to Preeti.
