Carpe Die #597, Kudzu (or Arrowroot)

                                               
                                                          

                                                               Arrowroot  flowers,
                                                   purple glory attracts butterflies'
                                                           a   treat for the eyes.



                                                          Arrowroot ice cream
                                                  mixed with strawberry flavour
                                                        heavenly for tastebuds.

  1. Here in the US we sometimes see arrowroot biscuits for children ... but I haven't had arrowroot ice cream. It must be delicious :)

  4. I read that arrowroot was used as a thickening agent. I wasn't aware that it had any special taste. Interesting!
