Carpe Diem # Arrival of summer

                                     


                            Flora,fauna parched
                        confine indoors young and old
                             summer has arrived.


                                 Summer afternoon
                           thirsty birds and sweating men
                                 wait for  welcome rain.

                                  
                                   Arrival of summer
                               bright  sun shine  welcome
                                    children love  playing.

    Can relate to the second one the most. Summer afternoons in Rajasthan are the harshest and we can certainly do with the rains.
