An alert mind UBC Day 16

Madan Mohan was the CEO of a chemical factory. He joined the factory as a clerk and rose up to the position of of a CEO. Even as the CEO he worked day and night with full dedication. The employees used to wonder at his spirit of dedication. One day as Mr. Madan Mohan was leaving the office he felt some smell emanating from the laboratory. He  was surprised to find the door open. He went inside. As soon as he closed the door, it got locked automatically.  He did not notice it and went straight inside. A bottle containing an acid was tilted and chemical was dripping from it. He kept it straight and covered it. When he proceeded towards the door, he was shocked, that the door was locked. The gas was spreading in the laboratory. It was suffocating.  Mr. Madan Mohan screamed,'help, help' but there was no one. Office hours were over and all the employees had left. The fumes spread in the whole lab and Mr. Madan felt giddy and fell down unconscious on the floor. ............
He did not know how long he was in that state. When his eyes opened, he was in his own bed at home. He asked how he reached home. His family doctor was by his side. The doctor called the security guard and said, "This man saved you."
The security guard narrated how he saved the life of  his employer. He said,: Sir is always the first to arrive and last to leave. Every day when I wish him he gives me a smile and his blessings. Today morning Sir had arrived as usual. But I did not see him leaving the office. After the last man left, I became suspicious and  opened each room. I have duplicate keys of every room. When I opened the Lab, I found him unconscious.I immediately  called a nearby doctor, who gave him some medicine. Sir, I have only done my duty. May Sir have a long life."
