Today's Haiku is a tribute in the memory of Dutch people who died recent Malayasian Air Craft, after it was shot down.
Two minutes ago
they laughed and giggled aloud,
now deadly silent.
Left their homes
to come back home certainly
knew not death.
Lonely is home,
Soaked in silence of death
Tears don't stop.
All that is there
Happy memories of bygone days,
prayer to God.

It is a great tragedy. That people set out from home on a trip. Or were returning home from a trip, and were so ruthlessly cut down for no fault of theirs.
