Mistaken identity.

Anu was admitted in a hospital  for treatment of Dengue. Her husband went out to purchase medicines.Suddenly two nurses entered the room  with a wheelchair and said,"Madam, please shift to the  wheelchair."They were helping, when her husband entered and said,"Where are you going?"  The nurse said,"We are taking her to the operation theatre  for surgery." Mr. Talwar said,"What surgery?" The sister said ,''Is this not room number two?" He said,"No, this is room number three." The nurse said, "Sorry. Such  things happen every once in a while." and left hurriedly for room two.

  9. My... that is scary. I have heard a lot of incidents about dentists who have removed the wrong tooth instead of the one which was to be removed. And so if I go to see a dentist I keep on repeating which tooth is paining until I am asked to shut up :)

  14. There have been such cases reported where hospital staff make such blunders which can cost a patient's life. It reeks of unprofessionalism and lack of proper training. So beautifully written, Usha-ji:)
