55 words of fiction How I wished.

The examinations were round the corner. Kusum was  tense and worried.  A sword of uncertainty hung on her head.  "Hope I will pass."  Her mom advised her, " Eat well and sleep well.  It will keep you fresh and devoid of stress. Relax your mind.'' Later on don't say," How I wish I had worked hard."

  2. If the lessons are revised well before the exams , the approaching exam fever can be avoided. But students have to do last minute cramming and this leads to stress.

  3. I guess kids will never change :D I was the same when I was a student. It took some years for me to understand how difficult last minute preps can be :) Thoughtful post , ma'm :)

  4. Even if they prepare well, some children get tensed. As parents, we have to repeat kusum's mom's words often. I also tell my daughter to "deep breathe" when she gets tensed. With exams happening everywhere, this post is perfectly timed ma'am.

    1. As the children grow, they realise the importance of the exams and the competition. Yes ,the examination fever has started that's why this this brief reminder.

  10. The very thought of exams always makes me feel anxious. Its been a while since I wrote any exams, but I still get scary dreams where I have studies for the wrong exam :P

  13. This brought back some memories of school and college days!! Though we were good students but most of us suffer from anxiety around exam time!! Thank God, all that is history now, but now we worry about our kids!! :|
