Magpie Tales 303

Angela is very fond of dancing. It is her life.Without dancing she has no other interest in life. It is her life and death both. Once in her college dance competition, she had a big fall and her left leg was injured. The injury was so severe and deep that the leg had to be amputated. Poor Girl!! She lost all interest in living. An artificial leg, which was fixed could not used for dancing. The doctors had firmly warned her. For two  long years she did not dance. All  her enthusiasm was lost. One day on a heavy snowfall day was very sad. She remembered her dancing days. Finally she could not control herself . She tied a bandage, rushed out of her house, dancing on the road full of snow. She danced till she could and finally fell down. When her parents came searching for her she was breathing for life. She was taken to the Nursing Home. She was given immediate attention. In one week when she was declared fit, she knew that her leg was also functioning. Now she is a big dancer.

  8. I like the way you used the snow; it came across as both heavy (regrets/injury) and inspiring.
