12 ways to be relaxed and peaceful.

1. Don't worry .Worrying is the least productive of all our thoughts.
2.Don't let fears preoccupy your thoughts.Fears will make you restless.
3. Don't hold grudges against anyone. They will not lead you anywhere.
4.Take on one problem at one time. You will mess up tackling all at one time.
5. Don't take your problems to bed with you. They are unhealthy companions for good sleep.

6.Don't take on your head to solve others' problems.They can manage their own affairs.

7.Don't live in the past. It is gone and will never come back. Be happy in the present.

8.Be a good listener. Only by listening to others, you can take the correct route.

9.Do not indulge in self pity. This is the most regressive step, which will lead you no where.

10.Don't compare yourself with others. Every  one has their own convictions and ideas.

11.Always have a positive approach. Have strength and determination.Grumbling will not take you anywhere.

12. Count your blessings. Don't forget even the small ones; all add up to large ones.

  1. I really need it right now, Usha Ma'am. Going under lotsa stress and losing stress with work where I am being exploited and made to do double of my work. I gotta work on ur pointers.
