I think your image is that of a shrub called Exochorda macrantha 'the bride'. Very pretty shrub, but not known as jasmine, I don't think. Nor does it have a fragrance; at least not on our soil.But you are right: that shrub is a 'real bliss'

Yes Elly the fragrance of the flower is very soothing. I have not tasted Jasmine tea.
